As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sustainable Development Project Manager to manage and coordinate our environmental certification operations. Your missions: Project management & production coordination Organize, plan and ensure the smooth running of projects throughout their life cycle. Guarantee compliance with environmental standards and certifications (NF Habitat, HQE Sustainable Building, BREEAM, HQE Exploitation, BREEAM-in-Use, LEED, BBCA, etc.). Monitor financial aspects: budget preparation, invoicing, and payment monitoring. Supervise and manage subcontractors involved in the various missions. Contribute to the development of junior profiles through support and expertise sharing. Technical expertise & environmental support Take charge of a varied portfolio of residential and tertiary projects, in the construction or operational phase, within the framework of environmental certifications or specific approaches (low carbon, reuse, bio-sourced materials, indoor air quality, etc.). Intervene in project management assistance (AMO) on new or renovation projects. Carry out environmental studies and monitor technical issues on construction sites. Develop expertise on key themes (RE2020, low carbon construction, air quality, reuse, etc.) and disseminate this knowledge within the team. Customer relations & quality of service Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project. Collect their needs, propose suitable solutions and ensure their full satisfaction. Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments, particularly in terms of deadlines. Operational monitoring & performance Ensure regular monitoring of project performance indicators (KPIs). Evaluate the profitability of the missions and propose areas for optimization. What we are looking for: Education: Bac 5, Engineer or equivalent with a specialization in environmental or civil engineering, you have initial experience in AMO HQE or BET HQE. You are proficient in environmental certifications in the tertiary and/or residential sector. Experience: Significant experience in a similar position of at least 5 years, particularly in project management and client management. Technical skills: Good knowledge of eco-design issues and related environmental themes (low carbon, circular economy, energy performance, etc.) Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, analytical mind, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Tools: Accreditation related to the sector is a plus (NF habitat HQE technical referent recognized by CERQUAL, BREEAM Assessor, HQE BD referent, etc.).
