The BBC Effinergie Renovation label applies to residential and commercial buildings. This label aims to anticipate future thermal regulations and move toward BEPOS buildings.

ACHIEVEMENTS
For residential and commercial buildings, subject to completing the corresponding BEE certification.
The label is based on the design of the building and the completion of studies to demonstrate thermal performance (10 to 15% more efficient than current regulations), the optimization of carbon emissions and summer comfort.
During the design phase, the objectives will be verified on a documentary basis (CCTP, plans and specific studies). During the implementation phase, it will be necessary to provide on-site measurements and controls to justify the achievement of the targeted performance.

In their role as project management assistant, KEDROUS employees support you in validating the various design phases, produce the various ZIP label files following data collection, and participate in technical monitoring during the construction phase.
