The New Housing and Responsible Renovation certifications aim to regulate the construction and renovation of housing to ensure that the challenges of tomorrow are taken into account. They are issued by an independent organization, PROMOTELEC Service, and ensure that buildings meet criteria ranging from energy performance to comfort of use and health.
The major themes of energy performance are mandatory requirements. Additional optional requirements take into account the concepts of carbon, water management, ergonomics, health, etc. The definition of the requirements is present in the reference document. The appendix allows you to define the criteria to be achieved for options and profiles such as Habitat adapted to each individual, Acoustic quality, Environmentally friendly habitat, etc.

Promotelec Service's certifications offer a pragmatic, sustainable approach. The procedures offered to project owners are simplified to ensure flexibility and efficiency. The values emphasized are:

To promote territorial approaches, Promotelec has created Territorial Profiles to ensure consistency between the technical criteria of the reference system and the demands of the city or urban area (Nantes Métropole, City of Paris, Métropole de Lyon, Normandy Region).

Certifications that anticipate future energy levels
Energy performance monitoring constitutes the heart of the certification offer by implementing mandatory requirements on each energy system and component of the envelope.
You are also asked to choose an energy and/or carbon performance level
In new, either corresponding to the regulatory level (RE2020) or in anticipation of future levels (RE 2025, RE2028, RE2031)
In renovation, either a reduction in GHG emissions lower than the existing state or the achievement in anticipation of future levels (SNBC 2030, SNBC 2040, SNBC 2050)
