AMO Label OsmoZ
The OSMOZ label was created by CERTIVEA to address the theme of workplace well-being and quality of life in these spaces, while maintaining the perspective of sustainable development. The label highlights the commitment of real estate and business stakeholders to providing optimized and supportive work environments.
Based on the principle of HQE Exploitation, the OSMOZ label offers several levers to adapt to the label holders and its scope of action (with the possibility of combining these levers:
- OSMOZ Building: concerns buildings and associated services. It concerns building and site owners.
- OSMOZ Aménagement: concerns interior design. It is therefore necessary to act on the layouts, the choice of furniture, etc.
- OSMOZ Animation: will be linked to internal policies, provisions, and services offered to employees. The HR department is one of the key players in this area.
The framework will be broken down into 6 issues to regulate the quality of life at work
Environmental health
The requirements are directly linked to the themes addressed in the environmental certifications of the building (health quality, comfort)
Hygiene of life
the requirements are linked to the physiology of people by focusing on the quality of food, the possibilities of physical activities, recovery and fatigue management, etc.
Work-life balance
Directly linked to HR policy and the various internal regulations of companies and internal company services.
Communication et lien social
Which goes beyond the HR department, but which takes into account the possibilities of interaction between employees, actions for social cohesion, diversity, etc.
Functionality
The requirements encompass the themes of development through layout, furniture, equipment and services for users of the site.
Collaborative approach
The theme of well-being at work includes a strong notion of consultation and ownership. This highlights the work carried out with the various stakeholders in the certification and use of the site to arrive at the most optimized project.
The implementation of this label can be carried out in two stages: either over one year or over a 3-year cycle. These cycles involve carrying out one or two audits with an auditor commissioned by Certivéa.
In the case of a building that has received HQE construction or renovation certification, it is possible to validate certain requirements of the Building lever in advance through the REady to Osmoz certification.
KEDROUS supports you in obtaining the different certification phases (over 1 or 3 years)
In their role as assistant and advisor, KEDROUS employees support you in implementing the chosen certification, by analyzing the components of the building/development and internal processes, by working collectively on an action plan in line with environmental objectives, by participating in follow-up meetings and by creating summary and specific documents framed by the Certivéa approach...
The AMO is responsible for the evaluation through the ISIA platform, which not only allows the project profile to be defined but also its evaluation to be communicated to the auditor.
- Assistance in defining the environmental profile and the progressive nature of the approach over the 3 or 5 years of the approach
- Assistance in defining action plans
- Assistance with collective work and monitoring of objectives
- Assistance during audit and documentary verification phases
- Privileged contact with Certivéa and the auditor
